At Casa de Lenguas we have a travel agency integrated with our on-site services. The travel agency is actually much older than the school - it was opened in 1993, by AmeriSpan USA as a resource center for tourists in Antigua. The school Casa de Lenguas was born as an initiative to guarantee high quality Spanish Programs to interested students. Today the school and the travel agency form one Guatemalan company, still maintaining the high standards, and offering all the advice and expertise that has been accumulated over the years.
Our specialty is arranging tours that are convenient for students and busy visitors who may have a limited amount of time to travel, but who are still committed to seeing as much as possible of all the interesting and beautiful places in Guatemala. We want you to be comfortable, safe and happy when joining our tours.

We only work with tour operators that use insured and safe vehicles, as well as experienced drivers and guides. In the unlikely event that an emergency situation should arise, all our tour operators have the emergency phone numbers of our staff.
We distinguish ourselves from other travel agencies in Antigua by always providing you with our emergency phone numbers. If, for example, you oversleep when your shuttle bus is coming to pick you up to go to the airport or on a trip, or if you have lost your transportation and hotel vouchers, you can call us and we will answer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Depending on your emergency, we will rearrange your trip, send vouchers or advice you on what to do.
At the Travel Agency you can join our OK Travel program: we calculate the amount of trees that is needed to compensate the use of fuel for your particular trip. With your contribution we support reforestation and wildlife organizations in Guatemala. For a return flight to Tikal, if you pay $2 towards this program, it gets tripled! We put in another $2 and TACA airlines, our first partner in this program, will also put in $2 - a total of $6, which is enough to compensate your trip by planting more trees and educating the population living in these areas about the importance of keeping the forests alive.
Our Travel Agency has the highest ambitions to ensure that you are satisfied with your trip. However, if the trip does not live up to the expectations we have given you or if you are unhappy with something and it is our fault, you will be entitled to compensation.
